  • Planning projects and development from start to finish.
  • Requirement elicitation through client meetings and competition research.
  • Managing hired programmers.
  • Testing, implementation, deployment and maintenance of final product to client’s server if a website.

This job has exposed me to many different industries, from hair and makeup stylists to intelligent unmanned CCTV security systems. The majority of my clients have sought me out either by viewing my work or through word of mouth. One of my most rewarding experiences was working on a short film titled Street Fighter: Legacy. Due to the high level of public praise received from previous work with the Hollywood actor and director, I was tasked to design the logo for the short film which was used as a sales pitch and proof of concept to Capcom Co., Ltd. The successful pitch enabled the director to go on to make the even more successful 2014 web series/movie Street Fighter: Assassin’s Fist. I was then entrusted to design the official website for the £2M project www.streetfighteraf.com.
I am awarded these projects because of my professionalism, time management and high quality end product.

Managing Director One Stop Clinics Healthcare Ltd & Boundless Health Ltd, 2008 – 2014.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management.
  • Scheduling clinics and sonographers.
  • Handling patients and prospective customers face to face and over the telephone.
  • Design and maintenance of company websites.

One Stop Clinics is privately operated women’s health care clinic. During my time there I managed the pregnancy ultrasound clinic as well as designing and maintaining our websites. I organised the weekly clinics that ran in 4 different locations within the UK, this meant I was in contact with patients from all over the UK on a regularly basis and trusted with sensitive data. At its busiest 100 patients a week would book an appointment.

Boundless Health is a company set up with the aim of providing a broad range of wellbeing services. I hired and managed web developers creating online weight loss tools and other applications; I set requirements, monitored progress and set deadlines. I also developed and solely ran our online store selling compression socks to athletes and diabetics in the European market.

Residential Assistant at Clive Booth, Oxford Brookes University 2004 – 2006

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and first point of contact for 1st year students during their first year at university.

Students came from all over the world, all with different backgrounds both undergraduates and postgraduates. My job was to help students transition into university life, feel happy living in dorms and resolve any problems they may have being away from home, or with others.
